General Terms of Service
None of our products are medical devices. Use only according to the instructions. If irritation or an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately. RVDG International Marketing, trading as BOMIQUE, is not liable for any medical complaints or damage resulting from the use of our products.
Article 1 – Definitions
1. Entrepreneur / Seller: RVDG International Marketing, located at Ansjoviskade 35, 1767EB Kolhorn, the Netherlands, trading under the name BOMIQUE.
2. Consumer / Buyer: The natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into an agreement with the entrepreneur.
3. Agreement: Any distance purchase concluded between an entrepreneur and a consumer via www.bomique.nl .
Article 2 – Applicability
1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer via the website www.bomique.nl .
2. By placing an order on the website, the consumer declares that he/she has read and agrees to these general terms and conditions.
Article 3 – The offer and the agreement
1. The products on the website are offered and sold directly by the entrepreneur.
2. Each offer contains a clear description of the product and the associated price, including VAT.
3. The agreement is concluded as soon as the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set therein.
Article 4 – Prices and payment
1. All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
2. Payment is made via the payment methods offered during checkout.
3. The entrepreneur remains the owner of the product until it has been paid for in full.
Article 5 – Delivery and transfer of risk
1. Delivery will take place at the address specified by the consumer.
2. We aim to deliver orders within 30 days, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times stated are indicative and cannot be legally binding.
3. The risk of damage or loss passes to the consumer upon delivery.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal and return policy
1. Consumers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. The date of receipt is the date on which the track & trace indicates that the order was delivered. Return requests after this period will not be accepted.
2. To initiate a return, the consumer must first contact our customer service at support@bomique.nl . Returns without prior request will not be accepted.
3. For returns, a return shipping fee depending on location will be charged.
4. Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns.
5. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received: unworn, unused , with original tags and in the original packaging, including proof of purchase or receipt.
6. Refunds will only be processed after we have received and inspected the returned product. Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
7. Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded to the same card.
Article 7 – Returns and refunds
1. After receipt of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
2. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, but may differ if this is not possible.
3. Products must be returned unused , in original condition and packaging.
Article 8 – Liability
1. The entrepreneur is not liable for damage resulting from (incorrect) use of the products. We recommend always consulting a doctor before use to determine whether products may be harmful. Our products are not medical devices.
2. Use at your own risk. If in doubt, always consult a doctor.
Article 9 – Complaints procedure
Complaints can be submitted via support@bomique.nl . Always include the order number and complaint description.
2. You will receive a substantive response within 14 days.
3. If a complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, you can use the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
Article 10 – Force Majeure
1. The entrepreneur is not liable for delays or shortcomings caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government measures).
Article 11 – Privacy
1. Personal data are processed in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).

Article 12 – Applicable law
1. All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where the entrepreneur is established.
