How do I apply GRIPPIES?
➡️ Step 1: Remove your GRIPPIES from the packaging and save the mold for later.
➡️ Step 2: Apply your GRIPPIES directly to your dry, clean skin without oil or lotion, under a tight-fitting top. We recommend putting on your top first and then putting on your GRIPPIES.
➡️ Step 3: Place your GRIPPIES in the center of your chest, shiny side down. Press firmly under your fitted top to ensure they stay in place.
GRIPPIES can be used during exercise or swimming, but if moisture forms under the nipple covers, dry and clean them before further use.
How do I best use GRIPPIES?
For best results, wear GRIPPIES on clean, dry skin without lotion. They're ideal under tighter tops and can be worn for 8–10 hours at a time. Rinse your GRIPPIES with water after each use.
You can also wear them at the gym or while swimming. Just make sure to dry and clean them as soon as moisture gets under the covers.

How do I apply GRIPPIES Sticky?
➡️ Step 1: Make sure your skin is clean, dry and free of oil or body lotion.
➡️ Step 2: Place the center of the cover directly over your nipple.
➡️ Step 3: Press the cover firmly and hold it for about 5 seconds to allow the adhesive to adhere properly.
How do I care for and reuse GRIPPIES Sticky?
After use, rinse both sides with warm water and let them air dry in a cool place, out of direct sunlight. Once they're completely dry, place them back on the included protective film and then in the pouch. With proper care, you can wear your GRIPPIES Sticky multiple times (up to 10 times).
Do GRIPPIES Sticky work when sweating or swimming?
Excessive sweating or swimming with GRIPPIES Sticky is not recommended. If you do wear them while swimming or exercising, rinse GRIPPIES Sticky immediately with warm water and let both sides air dry before using them again.

How do I apply the GRIPPIES Shape bra?
➡️ Step 1: Carefully remove the protective film from your GRIPPIES Shape bra. Save the film so you can reattach the bra later. The Shape bra consists of two separate cups – don't click them together yet.
➡️ Step 2: Make sure your skin is clean and dry, free of oil or body lotion. Insert the cups one at a time: place each cup loosely on your breast (adhesive side down) and position the smart wing towards your armpit.
Fit tip: The further you place the cups apart, the stronger the effect will be.
➡️ Step 3: Starting at the wing, press the cup firmly and smoothly onto your breast. Try not to pull or reposition the cup to maintain the best possible adhesive.
➡️ Step 4: Once both cups are securely in place, pull them towards each other and click them together for a fuller cleavage.
How do I best use the GRIPPIES Shape bra?
For the best fit, place the smart wings on the upper outer side of your breast, facing outward. The adhesive side goes directly against your skin, and once you click the cups together, the hook should sit exactly in the center of your breastbone.

The GRIPPIES Shape bra is reusable to a certain extent. It is designed for at least eight uses. (the actual wear time and number of uses will depend on how you handle and care for it.)
GRIPPIES care tip: The more often you reposition and reposition the cups, the faster the adhesive loses its strength. Try to limit the number of times you reposition them to maintain their adhesive strength for longer.
