RETURNS

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt .
Returns may be subject to a processing fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Conditions for returns:

  • The product is unopened, unworn and unused
  • In original packaging, with labels
  • Including receipt or other proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please first contact us at support@bomique.nl .
Returns without prior notification cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer through our return platform. Depending on your country, return label costs typically range from €7 to €25+

Please note: Discounts only apply to full bundle purchases. For partial returns, the price will be recalculated according to the current selection of products.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after the product has been received and inspected
  • After processing, it takes 3–5 business days for the amount to be visible in your account.
  • Orders paid with a gift card will be refunded to the same gift card

EXCHANGE

We offer exchanges only for customers located in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Exchanges in other countries are currently not possible.

  • Exchange – Option 1
  • Order number
  • Desired product, color and size

We respond within 24 hours on working days and usually ship your new order the same day.

Please note: this option is available for both worn and unworn products.

Option 2: Returns and exchanges

(only for unworn products)

You can return unworn GRIPPIES and exchange them for a different color or size.
