Apply GRIPPIES Shape Tape to clean, dry skin, free from lotions, oils, or other skincare products for the best hold. Cut the tape to your desired length and create the lift and shape you're looking for.
For comfortable removal, we recommend gently loosening the tape with a skin-friendly oil, such as baby oil or body oil.
Recommended use: wear for a maximum of 6–8 hours per application. Shape Tape is designed for single-use only.

➡️ Step 2: Cut the desired length of tape. The amount of tape you need depends on your breast size and the amount of lift you're looking for.
➡️ Step 3: Apply the first section of the tape firmly to your breast without stretching the tape.
➡️ Step 4: Gently lift your breast into the desired position and secure the remaining tape while maintaining slight tension.
