Rinse both sides with warm water. Let them air dry in a cool place, out of direct sunlight. Once completely dry, place your GRIPPIES Sticky back on the included protective film.
GRIPPIES Sticky can be worn while swimming and exercising, but excessive moisture may reduce the adhesive's effectiveness. If you wear them while swimming or exercising, rinse them immediately with warm water and let both sides air dry before using them again. Designed for up to 10 uses.

The adhesive is medical grade adhesive and safe for sensitive skin.

GRIPPIES should be worn on clean, dry skin without lotion. Rinse after use.
